Mauritius has signed bilateral agreements with Pakistan, Egypt, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Hungary and the Central African Republic. They are aimed at removing obstacles to bilateral trade, including the phased reduction of non-tariff barriers.

Mauritius has ratified the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
