Prévisions économiques : Un taux de croissance de 3,9 % en 2012 à Maurice
Selon les dernières estimations réalisées à partir d’une modélisation économétrique, la MCCI prévoit un taux de croissance de l’activité économique de 3,9 pourcent en 2012. Ce qui représente une hausse par rapport à la prévisionnelle du mois de novembre 2011 où le taux s’établissait à 3,8 pourcent.

MCCI Business Confidence Indicator : Une baisse de 1,3 points de l’indicateur synthétique du climat des affaires à Maurice au premier trimestre de 2012
Au premier trimestre de cette année, l’indicateur synthétique du climat des affaires à Maurice, constitué à partir des soldes d’opinion et d’anticipation des chefs d’entreprises, découlant de l’enquête de conjoncture, s’est légèrement détérioré de 1,3 points (1,3 pourcent) pour se fixer à 98,8 points, niveau inférieur à la moyenne de longue période de 100 points de base.

The 163rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held on 29 March 2012, at the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, Port Louis.
Mr. Cédric De Spéville of Avipro Co. Ltd has been re-elected President and Mr. Ganesh Ramalingum, Representative of the Outsourcing and Telecommunications Association of Mauritius has been elected Vice-President.
