Business updates

In view of the introduction of the Extended Producer Responsibility for Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations, an information session was held at the MCCI on 24November 2020 which was delivered by Mr Prakash Kowlessur, Director of Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change.

He highlighted the importance of implementing the EPR regulations, and the obligations of all stakeholders involved aiming to foster circular economy. During the interactive session, the obligations of all stakeholders involved were discussed.
