Business updates

The Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) hosted a networking session with delegation from the Global Leadership Business Forum (GLBF) in India on Wednesday 29 April 2026.

The delegation was led by Mr. Sandeep Joshi, Commissioner (India Relations) at the Mauritius Marathi Mandali Federation and met with Dr. Drishtysingh Ramdenee, Secretary General of the MCCI, Mrs. Sarada Moothoosamy, Head of Finance and Management, and Mrs. Rooma Narrainen, Head of Advocacy.

Representatives from the delegation brought expertise across key sectors, including Financial Services, Health & Wellness, Agro Industry, Logistics, HR Services and Event Management.

Also in attendance, MCCI members engaged directly with the visiting delegation to discuss potential business partnerships.

The session was the opportunity to strengthening strategic collaboration and identifying opportunities for market expansion between Mauritius and India.
