The Food Industry Forum 2015, organised by GS1 Hong Kong, will be held on 18th June 2015 at HKTDC SME Centre, HKCEC, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Food Traceability is a risk-management tool which allows food business operators or authorities to withdraw or recall products when anything goes wrong in the food market, so as to uplift the brand with consumer trust.
Themed with 'Building Trust and Confidence in Today's Food System', this forum provides a platform for the industry experts to exchange ideas and best practices of food traceability adoption:-
