A delegation from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Jerez de la Frontera, led by Mr. Javier Sánchez Rojas, President of the organisation, visited the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) on Monday 23 February 2026 at its Port Louis office.

Dr. Drishtysingh Ramdenee, Secretary General of the MCCI and Mrs. Sarada Moothoosamy, Head of Finance and Management met with the delegation which included Mr. Juan Núñez Moreno, Secretary General and Managing Director, and Mrs. Lucía Sánchez Fuster, International and Communications Manager.

Discussions explored potential avenues for bilateral trade cooperation between the city of Jerez de la Frontera and Mauritius.

The meeting provided a platform to explore potential areas of collaboration between the respective business communities, with a focus on fostering private sector partnerships, knowledge sharing and facilitating increased commercial exchanges.
